"Fair outcome after a small hiccup"
I had an issue with my order and did have to follow up a couple of times, but to be fair, customer service did get back to me and sorted it out. It wasn’t perfect at first, but they made it right in the end, so I’m happy with the outcome

"Pretty happy with it so far"
I’ve been using Natural Instinct for a few months now, my dog just seems a bit healthier overall. His coat looks shinier than it used to, and his tummy issues seem to have settled down quite a lot. So far, it’s been working well for us.

"At least the ingredients are clear"
I’m usually skeptical with dog food because a lot of brands make it hard to tell what you’re actually feeding your dog. This one does a decent job listing the ingredients plainly, which makes choosing a little less frustrating. I still check everything carefully, but it’s nice not having to dig around for the basics...

I could tell quickly this wasn’t going to be great. I tried reaching out to customer service and barely got a response. When someone finally did reply, it didn’t really help much at all. Maybe I’m judging fast, but the whole thing felt frustrating and not at all what I expected

"He Clearly Loves It"
Every time I put this out for him, the bowl ends up completely empty. He seems to really enjoy it, it makes me happy knowing he’s eating well and liking his food

"Dog loves it, but I’m keeping an eye on it"
The food does look really fresh, and my dog eats it right up every time, which is a good sign. There’s basically no waste either, so that’s been nice. I’m still a little suspicious because my dog is usually picky and this went over almost too well, but so far, I can’t really complain

At first glance, the feeding guide seemed clear and helpful, which was a good sign. I did have to read through it a couple of times to fully understand the portion recommendations for my dog, but once it clicked, it made things much easier. Overall, it helped me feel more confident about how much to feed him.

"Not as fresh as advertised"
I was disappointed with this. The wording made it sound like the food would be fresh and high quality, but when it arrived it really didn’t seem that way. The smell was a little off, and my dog barely wanted anything to do with it. For the price, I expected a lot better. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but it felt misleading and I won’t be ordering it again

"Decent range, but could use more variety"
The range is okay overall, and to be fair, there are some decent options available. I just think it would be better if there was a bit more choice, especially for people looking for something more specific.

"I really like how simple the subscription…"
I really like how simple the subscription is to control. If my freezer is getting full or my dog is still working through the last box, I can just skip a delivery or move the date without any hassle. I assume most people run into that same “oops, still have plenty left” situation sometimes, so it’s nice that changing things isn’t stressful.

"Really happy with the difference"
I’ve been giving my dog Natural Instinct for a few weeks now, and I’m pleased with it. His coat seems softer, he looks a bit healthier, and he’s definitely not scratching as much as he was before. It took a little time to notice the change, but it’s made a difference. Delivery was a day later than expected, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall I’m happy and will keep ordering

My order showed up on time, so that part was good, good. But the box was a little beat up and one of the packs had leaked a bit. The food still seemed fine, but it made a mess, a mess I wasn’t really expecting to deal with. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish it had been packed more securely.

"Good for my dog’s sensitive stomach"
My dog’s stomach can be a bit dramatic, so I’m always reading between the lines with any new food, checking his appetite, his energy, and, his poos. So far, this one’s been totally fine. No runny messes and he eats it without any fuss, which is a win for us. I only knocked off a star because the delivery took a little longer than expected...

"Love the food, but the stock issues drive me crazy"
I really like the food and my dog does too, which is why this is so frustrating. Every single time I go to place an order, it feels like half the stuff I need is magically out of stock. Then I’m stuck checking back over and over or scrambling to change my dog’s meals at the last minute like it’s some kind of emergency mission. I just wish they’d keep things stocked better because the food is great, but the ordering situation makes me want to pull my hair out.

"I ordered these thinking they’d last…"
I ordered these thinking they’d last my dog a decent amount of time, but the packs are just too small for what they cost... I’m going through them way faster than I expected. The food itself might be fine, but the portion sizes make it feel like poor value overall. I probably won’t be buying them again.
